1. Acceptance of Contractual Terms

By creating an account, browsing our website, utilizing our deployment frameworks, or purchasing our cloud computing environments, hosting packages, and web configurations, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and Visuan Web Services. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, corporate enterprise, or separate legal entity, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
If you do not agree with, or cannot comply with, any part or specific clause of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access, stop using our deployment channels, and terminate your use of our web infrastructure.
2. Account Provisioning, Eligibility & Security
To register for our services, set up active development instances, or utilize our web deployment channels, you must successfully establish an authorized service account. By initiating this process, you guarantee and agree to the following terms:
- Identity Accuracy: You will provide true, current, accurate, and comprehensive personal identity details, active legal corporate status, and fully verifiable billing credentials as requested by our registration forms.
- Credential Maintenance: You are entirely responsible for preserving the tight confidentiality of your platform credentials, system root keys, server access paths, and specific developer API keys.
- Immediate Notification: You must promptly notify our support infrastructure the absolute moment you identify an active credential vulnerability, data leakage, or unapproved system login.
Visuan Web Services will not assume any legal or operational liability for service failures, compromised database instances, missing files, or data manipulation resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our modern network environments, staging portals, cloud instances, and continuous deployment systems must be used exclusively for compliant, peaceful, and fully legal operations. You warrant that your allocated instances and hosted projects will not execute or participate in:
Malicious Actions & Exploits
Transmitting virus code payloads, standard malware, rootkits, or initializing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) network loops aimed at third-party online infrastructure or servers.
Abusive Activities & Spamming
Configuring automated mass commercial emails (SPAM), conducting deceptive phishing schemes, running unauthorized web-scraping scripts, or launching crypto-mining programs without written cloud agreements.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Hosting software codebases, media assets, design templates, or proprietary frameworks that cross international corporate copyrights, active patents, or trademark protections.
We retain complete rights to audit system metrics, monitor sudden server bandwidth usage spikes, and immediately suspend or permanently delete any project or instance found in direct violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without prior warning or liability.
4. Billing, Automated Renewals & Cancellation
Access to our web services, technical hosting frameworks, and advanced server provisions requires clear financial compensation.
- Payment & Pricing: All service tiers are billed on a recurring pre-paid framework (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Pricing details are transparently listed on our platforms and exclude local country taxes, which will be computed during the checkout process.
- Automated Renewals: To guarantee service continuity, your plans will automatically renew for subsequent matching intervals using your stored credit card, debit card, or verified payment profile, unless canceled beforehand.
- Late Processing and Suspension: If an automated transaction fails, your environments face an immediate grace period followed by severe service restrictions, instance suspension, or complete deletion of data nodes if balances remain unpaid.
- Cancellation Protocol: You may cancel your subscription service at any time directly through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be initiated at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal invoice date to avoid automatic billing.
5. Data Backups & Customer Responsibility
Visuan Web Services deploys robust cloud environments and safe network arrays. However, the data, files, applications, and assets you host inside our servers remain entirely under your configuration ownership.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of information, database corruption, file deletion, or site downtime stemming from configuration issues caused by user-side deployment scripts.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All components of our platforms, including core source code, web design architectures, iconography, branding assets, custom dashboards, system scripts, and text content belong exclusively to Visuan Web Services.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our systems solely to manage your active web configurations and services. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or clone our design framework for any separate commercial purpose without explicit written authorization from our management.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ENTIRELY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VISUAN WEB SERVICES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SERVICES WILL BE ENTIRELY UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, SECURE AGAINST ALL FORMS OF CYBER ATTACKS, OR THAT ANY KNOWN SYSTEM BUG WILL BE IMMEDIATELY FIXED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER ACTIVE JURISDICTIONAL LAWS, VISUAN WEB SERVICES WILL NEVER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, CORPORATE PROFITS, APPLICATION DOWNTIME, CORRUPT FILES, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE AFFECTING YOUR ENTERPRISE.
8. Modifications & Service Terminations
We reserve the absolute right to revise, update, or rewrite these Terms & Conditions at any moment. Modified updates become fully effective the exact minute they are published on this interface. Your decision to log in and deploy sites following revisions means you accept the updated Terms.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to temporarily modify, upgrade, discontinue, or retire specific technical frameworks, legacy dashboard elements, or hosting packages to ensure our global infrastructure remains optimized.
